Our stay at the resort was spectacular, thanks to the incredibly dedicated staff who made us feel like family. The beachfront view from our room (2130) was breathtaking, and the adult pool provided a tranquil escape. However, the hospital experience was far from ideal, and I felt misled during a tour that left us dealing with food poisoning. Overall, it's a memorable place with some areas for improvement.

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort is beautiful, well-kept, and offers great value for money. The staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While we loved the food options, the dining experience could have been improved on our final night when one restaurant was closed. Overall, we had a fantastic time, and the family-friendly amenities made it even better.
