Our stay at the resort was spectacular, thanks to the incredibly dedicated staff who made us feel like family. The beachfront view from our room (2130) was breathtaking, and the adult pool provided a tranquil escape. However, the hospital experience was far from ideal, and I felt misled during a tour that left us dealing with food poisoning. Overall, it's a memorable place with some areas for improvement.
